Yes. Hotel Das Innsbruck stands at the Inn Bridge on the edge of the old town, a few minutes from the Golden Roof. Its basement Golden Pool is open around the clock, with a sauna and a sixth-floor wellness area facing the Nordkette.
At Hotel Das Innsbruck and Sporthotel Igls the spa is included, and Hotel Leipziger Hof's rooftop sauna is free for guests from 16:00 to 21:00. Massages and private sessions, such as the BinderS relax area booked privately, are extra.
Rules vary by hotel. The sauna area at Hotel dasMEI in Mutters is for guests aged 16 and over, and Hotel Bon Alpina describes its sauna area as for adults. Check with the hotel before you book if you are travelling with children.
The Aqua Dome thermal spa in the Ötztal sells day spa tickets that can be booked in advance. In the Stubai valley, 4 hours at the StuBay leisure pool are included in the SKI plus CITY Pass; the sauna costs extra.
