In winter

The big winter date is the Four Hills Tournament: the Innsbruck leg of the 75th edition is on 2 and 3 January 2027, part of a tournament that runs from 28 December to 6 January. Tickets are sold through the official Ski Austria shop.

On six weekends from 13 November to 20 December 2026, the Kaiserweihnacht at the Bergisel brings a traditional Tyrolean Christmas market with a panoramic view, regional food, crafts and singing. Fridays (and Monday 7 December) it opens 14:00 to 20:00; Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesday 8 December 11:00 to 20:00.

Winter hours are Wednesday to Monday 09:00 to 17:00, last entry 16:30. The Tirol Panorama museum next door is closed on 3 and 4 January 2027 for the tournament.
