In winter
From 11 November 2026 to 6 February 2027 the park is lit for winter with crystal fairy-tale pieces by the designer Tord Boontje, and his Crystal Star tops a 10 m Christmas tree on the Grand Plaza. Going in the late afternoon lets you see the Chambers of Wonder in daylight and the lit garden after dark, since the doors stay open until 19:00.
A combined ticket with LUMAGICA, the light trail in Innsbruck's Hofgarten, is valid from 13 November 2026 to 31 January 2027, and the two can be visited on different days. Crystal Worlds is closed all day on 9 and 10 November 2026.
The right ticket if you are driving, already staying near Wattens or have your own way there: it is entry only, with free cancellation up to 24 hours before.

In summer the outdoor park comes into its own: the crystal cloud floating over a mirror pool, the alpine garden with artworks, the maze and the playground. The operator stages circus shows in summer. The Playtower and the carousel with animal figures by Jaime Hayon open from 10:00 to 18:00.
It also makes a good plan for a wet day in the mountains, as most of the visit is indoors in the Chambers of Wonder beneath the Giant with its glowing eyes and waterfall.
