You meet at the Swarovski Kristallwelten Store at Herzog-Friedrich-Strasse 39, in one of the oldest buildings in the old town and a few steps from the Golden Roof. A Swarovski Crystal Expert greets the group, never more than eight people, and leads a 30-minute tour in English or German.
The tour covers both floors. The Timeless Wall tells the story of more than 130 years of Swarovski through signature pieces, and the crystal staircase takes you up to the Cascade chandelier, which the listing says starred in Ocean's 13.
Afterwards you sit down in the bar with a glass of wine or a coffee, and each guest takes home a small crystal keepsake.
