NALA individuellhotel is on Müllerstrasse, a quiet side street between Maria-Theresien-Strasse and Wilten, about ten minutes' walk from the main station. It began life as the 1950s Hotel Mozart, and its owners kept the history while turning it into a contemporary city hotel where almost every room is unique, from a compact mini single suite to the top-floor La Suite Pan Oh Rama.
Rooms can be filtered by what you want: a balcony or terrace, a mountain view, a big bathtub, a kitchen, or space for a family. Breakfast is mostly organic and regional, with home-made bread, cakes and jam, served until 11:00 and until 12:00 on Sundays. There is a sunny south-facing terrace, a garden with a fountain and deckchairs, and a small gym with an infrared cabin. Dogs are welcome. It suits couples and independent travellers who like design with a sense of humour.
