On our lists

pradl elf is a small apartment hotel in Pradl, a lived-in neighbourhood just east of the centre across the Sill. The building is around 200 years old: the outer shell and the vaulted cellar were kept, and the inside was redone in a bright, modern style with a lounge and a small neighbourhood garden. The old town is about seven minutes by bike or a pleasant walk along the Sill, and tram 2 runs into town from a stop four minutes away.

There are 21 apartments, each with a queen-size bed, a rain shower and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher and espresso machine, sleeping up to three. Some face south towards the Patscherkofel and the Serles. Sauna and bikes are free on request, there is a bike room with e-bike charging, and parking can be booked ahead. It suits couples and small groups who like to cook, live like locals and keep costs down.

Why book pradl elf

  • Every apartment has its own kitchen with dishwasher and espresso machine
  • Sauna and city bikes free on request
  • South-facing apartments look out to the Patscherkofel and Serles
  • Quiet local neighbourhood with cafes, and tram 2 four minutes away

In winter

Come back from the slopes or the Christmas markets to a free sauna and your own kitchen for a quiet night in.

In summer

Borrow a city bike and ride along the Sill into the old town, or sit out in the small garden.

The catch at pradl elf
