The apartments sit in the quiet courtyard of the Leipziger Hof, a four-star hotel run by the Perger family since 1893, on Defreggerstrasse in Pradl opposite Rapoldipark. Trams 2, 3 and 5 stop at Leipziger Platz next door and reach the centre in about three minutes, and the main station is around eight minutes on foot.
There are ten units: studios of 23 to 29 square metres for one or two, and two-room flats of about 35 square metres for up to four, each air-conditioned with a fully equipped kitchenette, coffee machine and workspace. Guests have direct access to the hotel and can book selected services, including breakfast and meals in its Defreggerstube restaurant, which serves Austrian and Tyrolean dishes on weekday evenings. Parking is available in the underground car park or outside, with an electric charging point. It suits couples, small families and anyone staying a few nights who wants their own space.
